IAGR Conference 2024

Submission of Abstract and Full Paper

Participants need to fill in the registration form and send an abstract (not exceeding 300 words) through Google form Link  by 31.10.2024. The full paper shall be submitted to the E-mail: seminar2024.rph@gmail.com on or before 25.11.2024. The participants willing to participate in the competition for awards should send the full paper on or before 25.11.2024 to the E-mail: seminar2024.rph@gmail.com. Abstract/Full paper must be written in English on MS Word in Times New Roman, double spacing with font size 12. It is advisable to mention the sub-theme in which the paper is to be included. The title should be concise, and the author’s name, affiliation, and E-mail should be placed below the title. The list of references should only include works that are cited in the text and that have been published or accepted for publication. Authors have to follow APA 7th edition referencing style while preparing their manuscripts. The abstracts of the papers presented at the seminar will be published in an Abstract Volume, and the selected papers may be published as proceedings/book or in a journal of international repute as a Special Issue. Best Paper Awards

The organizers have established a recognition program to acknowledge the exceptional work of young researchers. For each technical session, a best paper award will be given if at least five presenters, who are under the age of 45, present their papers. To be considered for this recognition, participants must submit a completed registration form, along with their abstract and full paper, by the specified deadline.

Publication

The abstracts of the paper to be presented at the seminar will be published in an Abstract Volume, and the selected papers through double-sided blind review will be published as proceedings or editorial books in Springer Nature or Elsevier or in a Journal of international repute as a Special Issue.

Scientific Model Competition

As part of the International Seminar, we invite researchers, academicians, and students from various departments to present their innovative models that advance geographical studies for societal benefit. The competition will showcase cutting-edge research and methodologies that address contemporary challenges in geography. A panel of experts will evaluate the submissions, and the winner will be announced and awarded during the valedictory ceremony of the seminar.

Poster Competition

As part of the seminar, we are excited to announce a Poster Competition that provides a fantastic opportunity for researchers, students, and professionals to showcase their work and contribute to the advancement of geographical studies. The competition aims to encourage creativity, innovation, and effective communication of research findings through visually appealing posters.

Guidelines for Poster

  1. Participants are invited to submit posters related to any aspect of geographical studies.
  2. Posters should effectively communicate research findings, methodologies, and key insights.
  3. Poster Size 3 ft (Horizontal) x 4 ft (vertical), to be printed in a flex.
  4. Presenters will have the opportunity to showcase their posters during dedicated sessions at the seminar.
  5. A panel of expert judges will evaluate the posters based on criteria such as content, visual appeal, and presentation skills.
  6. Winners will be announced and awarded during the closing ceremony of the seminar.
